How It Works
This is not insurance but a dental wellness program where you get a reduced fee for dental services. It cannot be combined with insurance and is only available at Plumlee Dentistry. If you are referred to a specialist, they will not accept this plan. The plan is valid with a health savings account, flexible spending accounts, and health reimbursement plans.
You pay an annual fee for each member enrolled in the program, and each member begins receiving the benefits immediately. Membership enrollment fees can be paid by cash, check, debit, or credit card. It’s non-refundable. No refunds will be given if the patient chooses not to use their membership plan or does not schedule before the plan expires.
Recommended services may be paid with cash or check (12% discount), debit or credit card (10% discount), or with other financing options (5% discount).
Membership coverage and rates are subject to change annually.

- Up to 4 Fluoride Treatments
- 1 Set of Cavity Detecting X-rays
- 1 Full Mouth X-ray (Panoramic X-ray) every 3 years
- 1 Urgent Care Visit: Exam and X-ray
- 1 Set of Diagnostic X-rays of the front teeth every 3 years
- Any 3-D X-ray needed
Other Benefits
Members will receive a 12% discount off any dental treatment when paying with cash or check or a 10% discount when paying with credit or debit. Third-party financing may be used utilizing financing options available through Plumlee Dentistry. Due to outside financing merchant fees, this membership discount is 5%.
This includes, but is not limited to, additional diagnostic X-rays or emergency exams, endodontics (root canals), fillings, tooth extractions, crowns and bridges, dentures, partials, implants, and periodontics (gum therapy). The discount for orthodontic treatment will be 10% if paid in full with cash or check prior to starting the case.
The membership plan remains in effect for exactly one year after sign-up. It is non-refundable, and any unused services cannot be transferred to a future year, even upon renewal of the program.
