Meet the dentists of Plumlee Dentistry!
Louis Plumlee, DDS
Dr. Plumlee graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1985. He has invested numerous hours in continuing education. Dr. Plumlee’s goal is to stay on the cutting edge in the ever-changing science of dentistry.
His continuing education courses include:
• Hands-on cosmetic courses given by the best cosmetic dentists in the country.
• Oral surgery and endodontic classes.
• How to manage snoring and sleep apnea with dental appliances.
• Orthodontics utilizing the functional philosophy, which incorporates orthopedic appliances in conjunction with braces.
Dr. Plumlee is all about patient care, but he also has time to pursue his avid interest in golf, reading, and travel. He and his wife, Sally, have 10 grandchildren who they love to spend time with.
Kurt Corsbie, DDS
Dr. Corsbie grew up in Plymouth and graduated from Plymouth High School. He attended Butler University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology, Magna Cum Laude. He then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Michigan where he attended dental school. Dr. Corsbie is now very happy to be serving his hometown community! After dental school, he has continued to expand his knowledge as he incorporates dental implant services into the practice and continues to be a life-long learner to provide improved care to our patients.
Kevin Downey, DDS
Dr Kevin Downey grew up in Michigan City and attended Wabash College for his undergraduate degree and then graduated with his doctorate degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2017. He is married and has 3 children. In his free time, he enjoys kickboxing and is an avid Chicago sports fan.
